Meet Attorney
Ryan L. Pry

Since 2007, attorney Ryan L. Pry has helped clients across Southwest Virginia prepare for and navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges.

Ryan built his foundation for success by earning degrees from two of the nation’s top universities:

– Vanderbilt University Law School (J.D., 2006), Nashville, Tennessee

– University of Pennsylvania (M.S. Ed. (Counseling Psychology) 1999, B.A. (Psychology) 1998), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

By combining the legal know-how acquired at one of the nation’s leading law schools with his background in counseling and psychology, Ryan is uniquely qualified to help clients through difficult times that can sometimes feel overwhelming. He brings a practical, problem-solving approach to each case, using proven strategies while involving clients in every step of the decision making process, evaluating the pros and cons of each step.

Ryan has been named a “Top Rated Estate Planning & Probate Attorney in Radford, Virginia” by Super Lawyers. He was also named a Rising Star with Super Lawyers in 2014. In 2021, Ryan L. Pry, P.C. won the Silver readers’ choice award for Best Law Office and Ryan won the Bronze readers’ choice award for Best Attorney in SWVA Living Magazine, published by the Roanoke Times.

Since December, 2020, Ryan has served as Treasurer of the Montgomery-Radford Bar Association.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys spending time with loved ones, including his wife Kellie, an English teacher at Glenvar High School in Salem, and son Parker, who is currently in the fourth grade. Ryan attends Bethel Baptist Church in Salem, Virginia. In the past, Ryan has sung with the Salem Choral Society, where he performed with the group at Carnegie Hall in New York City. Ryan is also an avid sports fan and frequently attends games with his son. Ryan is also a member of the Radford Noon Rotary Club.

Legal Assistant: Patsy A. Morris

A lifelong resident of Radford, Virginia, legal assistant Patsy A. Morris has worked with Ryan L. Pry since August 2009. Patsy previously worked as a realtor and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding real estate law to the firm. Her organization skills and attention to detail are second to none. In her spare time, Patsy enjoys trips to the beach and spending time with her children & grandchildren.
